Current clients may access my complete practice policies via the client portal.
When you accept a regular appointment time, I reserve that time exclusively for you. I do not overbook my schedule, so your commitment to keeping your appointments is appreciated!
In the event that you are out of town or sick, telehealth sessions are always available to help you avoid cancellation.
If you must cancel, please remember to do so 48 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for a late cancellation fee of $75.
No-show/No-call appointments will be subject to a full charge.
Full charge is defined by the “self-pay” rate outlined on this website at the time of the scheduled appointment.

Multiple cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your regularly scheduled/reserved appointment time.
In this case, you may be transitioned to an "as needed" scheduling model to allow you more flexibility.
The standard meeting time for ongoing sessions is 50 minutes.
Extended sessions (90 mins) are available upon request.
If you wish to schedule an extended session, please discuss with me so that I can ensure proper availability.
